REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for asbestos removal and demolition/disposal services at 106 Layton St. Hinesville Georgia 31313.

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for "Asbestos Removal and Demolition/Disposal Services", dated January 26, 2024. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the project shall submit sealed proposals marked "Asbestos Removal and Demolition/Disposal Services" regarding the same to the Liberty County Board

of Commissioners at its offices located at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, no later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on February 26, 2024. At such time and place, all sealed proposals shall be opened to avoid disclosure of contents to competing offerors.

Offerors are hereby advised that a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held at the project site on February 5, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time. Offerors shall register to receive RFP copies not later than 5:00 p.m. on February 2, 2024, by emailing the project coordinator, Larry Miles. See RFP document, Section 8 for contact information.
