INVITATION TO BID

South Bryan County Animal Shelter

1. Sealed bid proposals for the South Bryan County Animal Shelter will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building, located at 290 Fort McAllister Toad, Richmond Hill Georgia 31324 at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday March 28, 2024.  Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the above address Monday – Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the address above.
   

2. Bryan County is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for the turnkey design, construction, and delivery of a new 4,400 sq. ft. metal building. The building will be located at 250 Dog Lane, in Richmond Hill Georgia. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified design-build team with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. Respondents shall propose the best; most experienced and qualified design-build team for the construction of said building. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of design, bidding, construction, construction administration, commissioning, and delivery of the facility in a turnkey manner.
