The project consists of a renovation and expansion of the existing neighborhood health center, located at 402 McKinley Drive, Athens GA, 30605. The project will be constructed in phases and the existing building must remain operational throughout construction. The site is limited in size and a small lay down area is spelled out in civil documents. LEED certification is not required for this project.

A pre-bid conference to respond to any questions related to the details of this project will be held at 3:00 P.M. ET, Friday, December 16th, at 402 McKinley Drive.
