The Carroll County Board of Commissioners (the “County”) is currently soliciting bids for the purpose of installation of new LED bulbs necessary to replace the old HID light bulbs at the Carroll County Recreation Complex located at 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Carroll County, Georgia (the “Project”). Pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June5, 2023 at 10:30 am in the multipurpose room in the Trent T. North Gymnasium at the Recreation Complex, 1201 Newnan Rd., Carrollton, GA 30117. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid for the Project and any Bid submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-­bid meeting will be returned unopened.
