INVITATION TO BID

The Elbert County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for material and labor for forming, pouring and finishing approximately 4000 square feet of 4000 PSI concrete with fiber four (4) inches thick at the new County Fire building. The County will receive bids until 4:00pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at which time bids will be opened at the following address: Elbert County Board of Commissioners, 45 Forest Avenue, Elberton, Georgia, 30635. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. Bids must be sealed in an envelope and the words “A sealed bid” must appear on the outside of the envelope. Send bids to the above address with ATT. Bobby Howell. Faxed or e-mailed bids cannot be accepted. Bids will be awarded at 5:30pm on Monday December 12, 2022 at the above address.

All Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Systematic Alien Verification of Entitlements (SAVE) program and the federal eVerify program.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in conformity with these instructions, and the County reserves the right to cancel the bid opening or the anticipated purchase.
