Questions submitted to any other mail box, voice mail or e-mail address will not be considered for response. The deadline to submit questions is Monday , December 5, 2022 . Questions received after the deadline will not be considered.

Proposal Submission Deadline |
Prior to the submission deadline of Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 2:00PM EST, an appointment must be scheduled with the Purchasing Department by submitting an email request to solicitationquestions@dekalbschoolsga.org . Please enter “Proposal Submission Appointment – RFP 23-545 Academic Recovery Plan Software” must be scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between 9:00AM-12:00PM Noon, before the December 14, 2022 proposal deadline. A confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email. |

The public acknowledgment will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 3:00PM EST.
Those who would like to attend the acknowledgement, please register no later than Tuesday, December 13, 2022 by 4:00PM EST, by sending an email to solicitationquestions@dekalbschoolsga.org . Please enter “Public Acknowledgement - RFP 23-545 Academic Recovery Plan Software” in the subject line of your email.
