INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select qualified contractors for on-call standby stormwater system rehabilitation projects. Individual project cost will be based on the submitted Unit Prices per the contractor selected.

The projects vary in magnitude and scope. Typical projects may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Culvert repair or replacement projects
• Trenchless Rehabilitation (cured in place pipe, spin cast, shotcrete, geopolymer injections)
• Storm System repair or replacement projects
• Streambank Stabilization
• Green Infrastructure Best Management Practices
• Erosion Control
• Clearing and Grading
• Slope stabilization
• Rip-rap placement
• Channel stabilization
• TV Video of storm drain systems
• Cleaning out pipes and detention ponds
• Repairing detention ponds
• Concrete driveways, sidewalks and curb and gutter systems
• Asphalt paving
• Landscaping including grassing, mulch, shrubs and irrigation repairs
• Traffic control

Typical project costs may range from $10,000.00 to $100,000.00. Contractors are to have the capability of providing coordination with affected utilities, erosion and sediment control, tree protection, and traffic control as needed. The selected contractor (s) may also be requested to provide shop drawings for certain repair items.

Proposals will be accepted until the date and time listed below and will be awarded to responsible and responsive bidder(s) conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the RFP.
