All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All the building structures including floor slabs, power poles, asphalt/concrete having, concrete footpaths, driveways, footings, septic tanks, basement/crawlspace walls, retaining walls, debris, junk and trash removal, trees, tree roots & shrubs and if necessary, fencing if any excluding the property fencing as instructed by the Project Engineer.
