C ity of Kingsland is requesting a proposal for PLC Replacement & SCADA Modification Work to Serve the Kingsland WWTF

Work Area & Description

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) replacement and SCADA upgrade work is to be performed at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) on their existing AquaSBR ® process by Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. The improvements are needed to upgrade/replacement equipment at the end of its useful life. The overall objective for this RFP is to obtain pricing and potential schedules for the proposed work.

Proposals will be due by 2:00 p.m. on Frid ay, January 27 th , 2023 .

The City of Kingsland will evaluate proposals based on project costs , schedules , and the proposer’s ability to service the new equipment and coordinate ongoing maintenance and technical support with the Vendor’s existing equipment. City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City.
