The City of Kingsland is soliciting a Request for Proposals to qualified contractors for the Water Plant 2 Well Rehabilitation located at 358 E. Colerain Road. Specifications for this project are included in this Request. It is important for the City to be able to procure bid proposals from qualified contractors who have the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance.
Workmanship employed in any construction, repair, or installation required by this proposal shall be of the highest quality and meet recognized standards within the respective trades, crafts, and of the skills employed.
The City of Kingsland reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFP including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submissions and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to cancel or withdraw this RFP at any time and to negotiate with any party prior to or after submittal of proposals. Selection is also dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract with the successful proposers.
