The City intends to offer approximately $20,000,000 of Water and Sewerage Revenue Bonds on or about June 21, 2023. Attached, please find (i) a notice of sale that describes the terms of the bond offering and (ii) the Bond Resolution of the City adopted on May 8, 2023. The City is providing this notice to alert the public of its local purchaser preference.
