Additional Bid Information All or part of this project is to be funded through a subaward from Baldwin County's American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("ARPA Funds"). Bidders must be compliant with the terms and conditions of the ARPA award as set forth in the bid documents including requirement for DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder no later than 10 days after the bid opening. Prime contractors must solicit DBE subcontractors, if they are planning to use subs. This requirement is waived if Prime is not planning to use any subs.
