INVITATION FOR BID
This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for:
The replacement of a 130-Ton Carrier Water Chiller unit at the Harold Pate Building in Downtown Brunswick. The bid would include the installation of the replacement Carrier Chiller and the removal of the old unit.
Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until
1:30 pm
on August 31st, 2023. At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the Second Floor of the Harold Pate Building and will be publicly read at 2:00 PM.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.
There will be a pre-bid meeting for this project on August 11th, 2023 at 9:30 am in room 216 at the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31520. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than

. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
