Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, referencing CAMDEN COUNTY BASKETBALL AND TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING #B24-1565-09, at which time they will be opened and bidders name publicly read. No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
