The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the six bid packages required for the CEDAR SHOALS Modular Units. You must request the specific system/bid package that you will be providing a quote for. Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM on October 17, 2023 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST Office, email: bassettt@clarke.k12.ga.us . Subject of email to read: Cedar Shoals Modular Units System, RFQ #23-1017-1,2,3,4,5,6 for the specific system you will be providing a quote for the CEDAR SHOALS Modular Units.

The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Quote and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
