REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Tybee Island, GA is issuing an RFP for RESILIENCE PLAN CONSULTANT. Proposals must be submitted by 2 o’clock pm on Thursday, April 20, 2023 to Melissa Freeman, City Hall, 403A Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. Full RFP can be found on and downloaded from the City’s website: www.cityoftybee.org . The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
