TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES AND CLARIFICATIONS:

Words in strikethrough type are deletions from existing text. Words in bold, underline type are additions to existing text.

1. RFP Due Date has not changed. The RFP Due Date is 3:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 3:00 PM EDT.

2. The deadline for questions has not changed. The deadline for questions is Friday, December 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM Noon EDT.

CLARIFICATIONS / MODIFICATIONS / QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Question: 1. Line 2 on page 40 of 76 says, “Provide images and description of at least 5 exterior projects over $500,000 each that your company has completed in the last 2 years. Question. Can this requirement be waived or will this requirement stand as stated? I would like to submit a proposal for this project, however, we do not meet this requirement.

Answer 1. You may submit a proposal without this requirement, but at this time, we are not removing this item from the RFQ as a consideration.

Question 2. In reference to the above-mentioned project in the subject line. Can you please provideplease provide us with the list of Plan Holders for this project?

Answer 2. The list of Plan Holders will be publicly shared after all responses have been received. Question 3. We do not see any current project available on the bonfire with this name. see attached below the image. We have checked https://stockbridgega.org/ also but not found. Can you please provide a bid package here?

Answer 3. The Procurement Page is still under construction. You may visit the State of Georgia DOAS
