Design-Build Services for an Equipment Storage Building at Heritage Park

Henry County Government is seeking qualified Contractors to design and construct a 120’ x 60’ equipment storage building at Heritage Park, located at 99 Lake Dow Road, McDonough, GA 30252. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP

Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on December 21, 2023. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
