The City of Kingsland is seeking a licensed and well-qualified Georgia real estate broker to provide real property brokerage services and assist staff in marketing the sale of surplus City-owned real property. Electronic responses will not be accepted for this Request for Proposals.

The broker shall represent the municipal corporation and comply with all Georgia real estate license obligations as well as the requirements of OCGA, § 36-37-6 governing the disposition of municipal property generally.

Proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria and weight:

1. Proposer’s qualifications and network of affiliates and associates (30 points)
2. Examples of experience (25 points)
3. Commission rate and flat fee if sale proposals are rejected (30 points)
4. Local vendor (Within the City limits of Kingsland (5 points)

and has a City of Kingsland Occupation Tax Certificate)
