Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Peachtree Corners City Hall located at 310
Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092, until May 19, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At
that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The Project consists of demolition (including concrete, asphalt, any associated sub-base, and
excavation to contact with native soil), and providing plantings at three existing roadway medians on
Peachtree Corners Circle. Demolition is partially complete. A site visit to the project location is
strongly recommended prior to submitting a bid.
