This project consists of constructing a new two lane urban roadway section from the existing signalized intersection of Cedarcrest Road and Harmony Grove Church Road to the next middle school exit road. Work consists of but not limited to clearing, grading, curbing, storm drain, asphalt, and thermoplastic striping.
