Special Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements
1. Security Deposit. The “Vendor” shall provide the Board of Commissioners with a security deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 on or before the “Vendor” receives possession of the facility. An irrevocable letter of credit, for the life of the agreement, may be substituted for a cash deposit. Please note: the possession of the building will not be released to the “Vendor” unless the security deposit, or acceptable substitute is posted with the McIntosh County Board of Commissioners.
2. Insurance. Acknowledgement of a requirement of liability insurance naming the Board of Commissioners as the primary insured, with coverage (policy limits) totaling no less than $2,000,000.00. Please note: the possession of the building will not be released to the “Vendor” unless there is evidence in the form of a policy listing all anticipated activities. Additionally, workers compensation
insurance is required in accordance with the statutory provisions. The “Vendor”
will provide evidence of continued coverage no less than ten days prior to the
expiration of the current coverage. The failure to complete this requirement
within the prescribed time period may be considered a material breach of the
provision of the contract with the Board of Commissioners.

COST PROPOSAL:
The “Vendor” will be responsible for paying rent on the facility. Please include the monthly rent payment you will be willing to pay McIntosh County for the use of the facility.
