Description
The Georgia Department of Education seeks technical knowledge for informational purposes only to convert a legacy ACUCOBOL/Vision File Fund Accounting application (Financial, Budget, Human Resources, Payroll, Leave etc..) running on a Windows Operating System to Windows C# .NET, SQL Server, WPF/WinForms user interface that will allow the application to be supported by C# .NET staff developers.
