South Georgia State College (SGSC) is requesting quotes for a vendor managed private branch exchange (PBX) phone system and a managed network switch solution. The ideal vendor will be able to provide both services to SGSC. SGSC has three locations, Douglas, Waycross, and Valdosta. The vendor will need to be able to provide the managed phone and network services for all three locations. The expectation is the vendor will be able to provide remote support, on-site support, emergency support (after-hours), monitor uptime/connectivity, manage switches, manage routers, manage phone platform, provide backup and recovery, and perform firmware updates.
