Chromebook refresh. 300 Machines total are requested of the following makes/models with an auto-update expiration date (AUE) of no earlier than June 2030. All machines should have at least 4GB RAM, 32GB storage. Quotes should also include 4-year accidental damage policies, white glove service, and Google Chrome Edu perpetual licenses. Please contact Kyle Spires via EMAIL ONLY with questions regarding this RFP. Quotes should be submitted via sealed bid to the Pulaski County Board of Education at 72 Warren St, Hawkinsville, GA 31036. Bids will be opened on September 20th at noon EST. All machines will be shipped to 70 Red Devil Dr, Hawkinsville, GA 31036.
