The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeking qualified teams for Right of Way (ROW) Pre-Acquisition, Acquisition, and Relocation services for PI #0016618 (SR 30 from CR 12/Olive Branch Road to CR 416/Oracal Pkwy; Bryan County) and PI#0018361; I-20 @ CR 249/Old Mill Road; Morgan County. Acquisition services in this ITB includes Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager, Pre-Acquisition Agent, Acquisition Manager, Pre-Acquisition, Acquisition, and Relocation Assistance. IMPORTANT****RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION****: From the issue date of this solicitation until a successful bidder is selected and the selection is announced, Bidders are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Transportation Board Members, about this solicitation except through the Contracting Officer or other persons named herein, or during any bidder’s conferences (if applicable), or as provided by existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT shall reserve the right to reject the bid of the offending bidder.
