The Classic Center Authority (¿CCA¿), an Authority of the State of Georgia, in cooperation with the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov), is soliciting bids for equipment provision and installation, for an ICE FLOOR COVERING SYSTEM for the Classic Center Arena Project, adjacent to The Classic Center, which is currently under construction. This Invitation to Bid (¿ITB¿) seeks bids from interested providers of the above-mentioned equipment and services. This ITB seeks general qualifications and relevant experience data for ¿responsibility¿ information, as well as a firm, fixed price for the entire provision and services required for successful installation of the equipment as described herein. The CCA intends to award an ACCGov Equipment Provision and Installation Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. All respondents to this ITB are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB and follow instructions carefully. CCA retains the right to reject any or all bids or subsequent submittals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, and retains the right to cancel or conclude this procurement at any time
