Description

The City of Roswell is requesting proposals from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services for overseeing the delivery update of the City’s Unified Development Code (UDC). Initially adopted in 2014, the UDC serves as the City's official regulatory document for all matters regarding land use, building construction, and land development. The City of Roswell desires to revise and reformat the presentation of the UDC. It is important to organize the UDC in a manner that aids in simplicity of use. The current UDC is available on the Municode website via the following link. https://library.municode.com/ga/roswell The City will receive sealed proposals for this solicitation from interested and qualified consultants. It is the intent of the City to issue a single contract to complete all of the services outlined in this Request for Proposals. Further information, including all related documents, and the Proposal Closing Date and time, can be seen and downloaded for free and can be found on the designated website: https://www.roswellgov.com/bids/bonfire. Details regarding the selection process are posted on the Dedicated Website and detailed in the Standard RFP Instructions and the RFP Special Elements.
