The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing Videolog/Pavement Condition Data Collection Services. The video log serves as a visual inventory of the department¿s highway network and roadside assets. It is also used throughout the department to provide quick and convenient access to remote and/or distant locations across the state, thus allowing the user to quickly verify conditions without the need to secure a vehicle from motor pool and drive to the site.
All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. GDOT reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not addressed herein. GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.

Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent.
