Description


The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Open Agency Contract for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) software applications. The Georgia Department of Transportation (herein after known as ¿GDOT¿ or ¿Department¿) requires purchasing software, support, training, and maintenance services for various software applications that serve the Department¿s goals of safe and efficient movement throughout the state. The GDOT Office of Traffic Operations is responsible for coordinating traffic safety, traffic management and incident management within the State of Georgia and recognizes the important role that software plays in those responsibilities. The Department intends to make multiple awards to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders meeting the specifications for the provision of the commodities herein

Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent.
