REQUEST FOR DESIGN-BUILD PROPOSALS
Sealed Proposals for furnishing professional design, permitting, materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to complete the Old Brent Road Bridge Project in Monroe County, Georgia will be received by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners in the Board Room on the 3rd Floor of the Monroe County Administration Building at 38 West Main Street, Forsyth, Georgia 31029 until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, November 16, 2023. All proposers must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the same location at 10:00 A.M. local time on October 19, 2023.

The Project consists of furnishing all design, labor and materials required for the Old Brent Road Bridge Project, including but not limited to removal and disposal of an existing hydraulically deficient and deteriorated double 96 inch CMP culvert and replacement of the double culvert with a precast bridge structure on the existing alignment of Old Brent Road crossing Todd Creek. The project will also require approximately 550 lineal feet of roadway removal and reconstruction for the bridge approaches.
