Description
This project consists of, but is not limited to the following: the demolition of the existing finish flooring and base material, the preparation of existing floor substrate, application of leveling compound, application of adhesives and installation of new Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) / [Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) as alternate], Carpeting, and base material including transition strips and accessories as noted.
