The City of Warner Robins, Georgia desires to solicit competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide transportation planning services for the Building and Inspections Department/Warner Robins Area Transportation Study (WRATS) to develop the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and associated materials.

The consultant will prepare the 2050 MTP in accordance with the scope of services located online at https://wrga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx .

The estimated range of this project is between $175,000- $300,000.

Prospective consultants requiring general information, minor clarification, or interpretation of the RFP documents may direct their request(s) to Jessica Bird, Transportation Planner, via e-mail at jbird@wrga.gov and Carbon Copy (cc) to the Purchasing Office at Purchasing_Office@wrga.gov.

Prospective consultants wishing to submit proposals must follow the instructions detailed in the RFP and provide all the information requested. Incomplete RFP submittals will not be given consideration.

Each prospective consultant must upload and submit your proposals with all required documents through the City¿s IonWave eProcurement program by the designated date and time of Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.


However, each prospective consultant must submit a cost proposal sheet in a separate sealed envelope to the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office by the same date and time referenced above. It is the sole responsibility of the proposers to ensure delivery; the City cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery regardless of reason.
