Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain sealed packages for professional design services for a passive nature park to be located at 60 Rock Cellar Road, Dawsonville, GA.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than March 25, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than March 25, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.

Sealed proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30 a.m., on April 2, 2024. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline, the names of the submitters will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.
