The City of Statesboro, Georgia invites the submission of sealed bids for a construction project known as Bid Project #2023R-ENG-122n from qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 1,300 LF of sidewalk, two (2) storm structures, and roadway striping at intersection along Grady Street starting at 124 South Main Street and ending at Mulberry Street. A mandatory pre-bid conference for Bid Project #2023R-ENG-122n project will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time at the Statesboro Municipal Court Room, 22 W. Grady Street, Statesboro, Georgia. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Sealed bids for the construction project will be will be received in the office of Darren Prather, Director of Central Services (Issuing Office), 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458 until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Statesboro Municipal Court Room. The City of Statesboro and its representatives will not be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the issuing office.
