The Henry County Water Authority, here after, the Authority, seeks bids from highly qualified general construction contractors to construct the Towaliga Water Treatment Plant Building Renovations according to the plans, specifics and documents provided along with this invitation to bid. This is an electronic on-line bidding event. All bids must be submitted using BidNet Direct. Bids will not be accepted or considered on paper, via email or via facsimile. All bid must be submitted no later than Thursday November 30, 2023 at 2:00. Bids submitted after that date and time cannot be accepted or considered.
