One original and one copy, all clearly marked with Project Name as stated on page one of the Bid Forms, Project Number, Location of Airport, Bidders Name and Address, shall be submitted in a sealed envelope for the following:

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
