Proposals will be received by the City of East Point Purchasing Department, until Thursday, December 8, 2022 @ 3:00pm. Late bids will not be accepted. No submitted proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time or receipt of proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.
A pre-proposal conference (via Zoom) is scheduled for 10:00am, Thursday, November 17, 2022.
A synopsis for this project is below:
This project is seeking comprehensive construction phase administration, engineering, QC/QC materials testing and inspections to implement streetscaping, gateway features, place-making, traffic calming, and multi-modal connectivity elements along a combined 5,000’ of East Point Street, Main Street, Dorsey Avenue, Thompson Avenue, White Way, and W Cleveland Avenue in the central business district of East Point, Georgia.
There is no guarantee that the City of East Point, Georgia will utilize the services of any consulting firm or individual responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP).

The City of East Point reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
