The Classic Center Authority (¿CCA¿) is accepting bids for the purchase, provision, delivery and setup of an LPG Ice Resurfacer and related accessories, items and services. The purchase is being made in cooperation and coordination of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACC) for the Classic Center Arena project in downtown Athens, GA. The official bid package includes item specifications and conditions for bidding and prospective award. All submitted bids must be e-mailed to the Issuing Officer at Richard@classiccenter.com. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM, on October 20, 2023, after which time no additional bids will be accepted unless an extension is issued by CCA Addendum. With the submission of a valid bid, the bidder agrees that the bid may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. Please note that the Classic Center Authority is a Tax-Exempt Authority of the State of Georgia. The Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities. Vendors are cautioned to completely familiarize themselves with the conditions of this solicitation, which shall be contained in the bid package, which is being finalized.
