A. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders.
B. Project Identification: A New Board Office for Coffee County Schools
Project Location: Coffee High School: 271 Trojan Way, Douglas, GA 31533.
C. Owner: Coffee County Schools, 211 Gaskin Avenue S. Douglas, GA 31533
1. Owner's Representative: Michael Spikes, 912-850-5018
D. Architect: Altman + Barrett Architects, P.O. Box 665 Hahira, GA 31632.
E. Project Description: Project consists of construction of site and new board office.
F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
1. General Contract (all trades).
Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below.
A. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: March 7, 2024
2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. local time.
