Description
The County is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture, or team to provide consulting services for the preparation of the Parks and Leisure Services Master Plan, to include elements of our Public Grounds Operations. Services shall include all referenced below and shall be consistent with the Spalding County Comprehensive Plan 2042, Transit Master Plan, Community Work Plan, Capital Improvement Elements, and additional long-range planning as designated and approved by the Spalding County Board of Commissioners.
