On behalf of the City of Meigs, Watkins & Associates, LLC is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the cleaning and maintenance of approximately 55 non-hydrant valves and 35 hydrant valves. This includes but is not limited to removing dirt, debris, water, etc. from valve boxes, installing valve boxes, lids, and round valve box donuts, and locating valves under dirt and pavement and making them accessible.

Perspective bidders shall contact Watkins & Associates for associated figures A through F and be added to the Bidders List.

The scope of the project is to provide updated Water System Map for valve location. Work shall include all labor, materials and equipment required for the items listed below and associated Figures A through F.

All bidders will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance and proof of Workman Comp Policy. All questions related to proposed work shall be submitted in writing to Stacy Watkins at stacy@watkinseng.com.
