REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FIRE PROTECTION PROJECT: The Town of Tallulah Falls is requesting qualifications and proposals for the selection of an Engineering Firm to provide a Phase I engineering study that will help us determine the best location out of several options for a potable water ground storage tank location. Tank location will be based on tank size, construction, terrain, access, impact to neighboring properties, availability, and other considerations. Phase I will also include planning, site design and cost estimating. Phase II will include final design, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. You must submit an RFP proposal and write the Project Name on the envelope. Your firm will be asked to mail, or hand deliver two copies of your reply to the following: Town of Tallulah Falls, PO Box 56, 255 Main Street, Tallulah Falls, GA 30573. Proposals must be received at the above address no later than 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 11th, 2024. No proposals will be accepted after this time & date. Proposals mailed to or received at any location other than the above address will not be accepted.
