The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified teams for Right of Way (ROW) valuation services including appraisal, resulting reports, cost to cure, septic analysis, signs, and trade fixtures. This RFP seeks to obtain technical and cost proposals from such qualified teams. All respondents (Proposer) to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. GDOT reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not addressed herein. GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion.
