The West Georgia Regional Library System Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed proposals for
two interconnected projects: the construction of the Neva Lomason Memorial Library Pavilion
and landscape improvements for the WGRLS Regional Office and the Neva Lomason Memorial
Library in Carrollton, GA. Proposals will be received at the West Georgia Regional Library
System Administrative Building, 124 W. Chandler Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.

Project Overview:
Scope of Work
1. Constructing an outdoor pavilion on Tract 2 and 3 of Lot 129 in the 10th District of Carroll
County, Georgia, adjacent to the Neva Lomason Memorial Library Parking Lot on
Barkers Alley. Refer to the "Neva Pavilion Bid Documents" for detailed project
specifications.
2. Renovation of the landscape at the WGRLS Regional Office, including additional
alternate improvements to the Neva Lomason Memorial Library and the proposed Neva
Lomason Memorial Library Pavilion. The detailed scope is outlined in the document set
"West Georgia Regional Library System Planting Improvements."
