The City of Statesboro is requesting Bids for the construction of the Statesboro Wastewater Treatment Plant Blower Upgrades. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received in the office of Darren Prather, Director of Central Services, 22 W. Grady Street, Statesboro, Georgia, until 3:00 PM (Local Time) August 2, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Statesboro Municipal Court Room.

The Project includes the following Work: Installation of two (2) additional aeration basin blowers, bypass pumping system, electrical and instrumentation, piping, and related work and materials for modifications to the existing blower room and aeration basins at the Statesboro Wastewater Treatment Plant as shown in the plans and bid documents.

Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on July 19, 2023, 3:00 PM local time at the Statesboro Wastewater Treatment Plant Conference Room, 302 Briarwood Road, Statesboro, Georgia 30458. Bidders shall participate in the pre-bid meeting in person. An optional site visit will be held at the Statesboro Wastewater Treatment Plant following the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
