Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of striping and signage improvements to Downing Musgrove Road, Withers Road, Olive Leaf Road, Cutting Loop Road, Locklier Road, and Shiloh Road for the Clinch County, Georgia 2023 Off System Safety Action Project until 10:00 AM. (local-time),Thursday, September 14, 2023 at which time bids will be opened and read.

The meeting will be held at the Clinch County Board of Commissioners Office and will be opened to the public. Proposals can be mailed to the attention of Jaclyn James, County Administrator for the Clinch County Board of Commissioners, 22 Court Square, Suite B Homerville, Georgia 31634. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. Clinch County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids.
The Scope of Work Includes:

Striping and Signage Improvements to: Downing Musgrove Road, Withers Road, Olive Leaf Road, Cutting Loop Road, Locklier Road, and Shiloh Road (Total of 25.83 Miles)

All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Clinch County in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for Clinch County. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount.

All work on the project must be completed within 150 consecutive calendar days of when work begins.
