Description
Sealed Bids will be received electronically through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday,
June 27, 2023. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated, and those bids found to be in compliance with the Minority Employment Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30PM EST on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
Only electronically submitted Bids through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/purchasing.
A Zoom pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023 to address any questions and or issues that may arise.
The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
