Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to establish a contract with one authorized supplier who will provide a New Printer to Lanier Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Lanier Technical College is seeking a supplier that can provide a new Mimaki UJF-7151 plus II or an approved equal for their Design and Media Production Technology program. A used, previously owned, and or refurbished printer will not be accepted. Suppliers must upload an itemized quote, photos and manufacturers data sheet that provide detailed specifications for the proposed printer. The data sheet must identify the brand name and model number for the offered equipment. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell their proposed equipment.
