The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Evers Physical Plant Conference Room, 3219 College Street, Savannah, Georgia 31404. Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by Two (2:00 PM) o’clock, at the time legally prevailing in Atlanta, Georgia on July 12, 2023, for the construction of J-385 CAMPUS-WIDE HVAC AND ACCESS CONTROL INFRASTRUCTURE, located in SAVANNAH STATE UNIVERSITY, SAVANNAH, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.

Bidding Documents may be obtained in electronic format (PDF) upon request to the Design Professional.
